Terms for buying and using digital products from the K2KGAME WooCommerce store.

1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases where the checkout identifies this company as the seller. For purchases placed through Tebex, read the terms and seller/provider identification on that checkout and receipt. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

2. Product information and compatibility

Products are delivered electronically. Before ordering, check the description for features, framework, dependencies, installation requirements, supported versions and licensing conditions. Contact us if information needed for your decision is missing. A lack of compatibility caused by a product failing to match its stated requirements may be a conformity issue.

3. Price and ordering

The product page and checkout show the price and currency, applicable tax and the total payable before you place the order. Discount conditions are displayed with the offer. Review the order and the applicable terms before confirming an order with an obligation to pay.

We send an order confirmation by email. Payment and delivery status are available in your account. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout; a declined payment or pending verification can delay access.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. Your account displays orders linked to that account and downloads permitted by the store. Report unauthorised access promptly. We may restrict access proportionately for abuse, unlawful activity or a legal requirement, without removing mandatory consumer rights.

5. Digital delivery and withdrawal

For immediate digital supply, checkout asks for your express request and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins. The necessary agreement is recorded with your order and confirmed by email. If the legal conditions have not been satisfied, applicable withdrawal rights remain. 6. Licence and use

You receive the use rights stated on the product page or accompanying licence. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred by purchase. Redistribution, resale or sharing of files is not permitted unless the licence allows it or mandatory law provides otherwise. Cfx/Asset Escrow products can require the Cfx account and entitlement specified on their product page.

7. Support and conformity

Support scope and any commercial update entitlement are stated for each product. Statutory remedies for failure to supply or non-conforming digital content are not excluded by these terms, a download or a goodwill policy. Contact us to report a problem; legal remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met.

8. Refunds, privacy and complaints

Returns & Refunds explains statutory remedies and separate voluntary vouchers. The Privacy Policy describes processing of account, order and support data. Contact us first for a complaint; you may also contact a competent consumer authority, including ANPC.

9. Law and changes

Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence or mandatory rules on jurisdiction. We may update the terms for future orders; the version recorded at the time of your order applies to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
