Please note that all products sold by EGAM TINE CU CASA SRL are digital products, delivered electronically. For this reason, product returns are not accepted, in accordance with the legislation in force concerning the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium.

Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, where the purchased product cannot be accessed or a serious technical problem has been confirmed, you may submit a request within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed individually.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued exclusively as a store voucher, which can be used for a future purchase on our platform.

⚠️ Important: Amounts paid will not be refunded in cash, by bank transfer or through any other payment method, but only through a voucher issued by EGAM TINE CU CASA SRL.
